U First is great. We had to replace our 30 year old furnace/AC and they had it done in 24 hours. And at a great price! I've used them for years for my rental properties and they are always great. Highly recommend!!

Our Story Putting customers first,
Putting customers first,
since day one
U-1st Services LLC has been a fixture in the Mid-South since 2002. We built this company on a simple idea: put the customer first, every single time. That commitment is baked into our name, and it shapes every service call we make across Memphis, Bartlett, Collierville, and Germantown.
Our team brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC and plumbing industry. That depth of knowledge means we have seen just about every situation a home or property can throw at us. We know what works, what lasts, and what saves you money over time.
We handle the full range of plumbing and HVAC needs. Whether you need a leaking pipe repaired, a sewer line replaced, or your HVAC equipment swapped out for a newer, more efficient unit, we have the skills and the tools to get it done right. We hold license number MSC 65578, so you can feel confident in the work we perform.
Serving the Mid-South means we understand the climate here and what it demands from your home's systems. Hot, humid summers push HVAC equipment hard. Aging sewer lines in established neighborhoods need careful attention. We show up prepared for the specific challenges that Memphis-area homeowners face.
We keep our schedule straightforward and our communication clear. When you call us, you reach a real team that respects your time and your home. We work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and we are reachable at (901) 650-5424 or by email at pju1stservices@gmail.com.
