Prompt and courteous service. Came when promised. Great job clearing clogged sink.

PJ did a great job clearing our kitchen drain line. He had to access the line through the kitchen since the outside plug would not come out. He did his best to keep the kitchen clean and did a fairly good job keeping the floor and under the cabinet are cleaned up. I was impressed with the way he kept us informed of what he was doing.

I am thankful for your prompt and courteous services that U-1st has provided. I used the company for heat/AC maintenance, gas line installation and this week a hot water heater replacement. They are always one call away. The water heater replacement was super. I called the office at 8:30am and explained to Ms. Terrie my problem. I received a call a short time later to inform me that she had some one available. Mr. PJ and his helper was at my home at 10:00 am with the new water. The job was completed by 11:30 am. I inspected the new installation and I am ,happy, happy happy. This type of service is unheard of this day and age. I also feel that the price was fair. I highly recommend U-1st Services because they do put the customer first.

Our home warranty company suggested U1st. I did research, and after our first contact with them they were top notch! Updating me at every turn and made us feel like we were their only customers throughout out the process. We decided to upgrade our purchase to a tankless TJ came to Millington at 1645 on a Friday and went over the plans for our Purchase in detail to help us feel at ease. The finance department Ms Terrie was very helpful as well. She called the day after our install to answer any questions we might have. I have recommended this company to all my coworkers and anybody else who will listen.

Great customer service, with honest and ethical personnel.my 20 year old furnace would not come on so I called P.J. , I was prepared to spend 5 or 6 thousand dollars to replace the old clunker.... P.J crawled in the attic and ten minutes later I had heat!!!! Not only did He not try and rip Me off, He wouldnt even take payment for a service call...that really ment a lot to Me being on a fixed income and all especially in the middle of a pandemic.
